SMALL CLAIMS ARBITRATION FEES Claims of $15,000 & Under

Single Arbitrator Appointed by CoMA	All fees are in US Dollars
Hearing by Documents or One-Hour Teleconference Only
Claimant Fee	$350 all inclusive unless teleconference exceeds 1 hour
Response Fee	$350 all inclusive unless teleconference exceeds 1 hour
Time in excess of 1hour	$40 / per 15 minutes / per party
Late Cancellation (3 business days prior to hearing) = Full hearing deposit
