Schedule Employee Lunch & Learn
Productivity in the workplace can be heavily influenced by pressures in employee’s personal lives. Happy people generally make productive, dedicated workers. However, when all is not well on the home front, workers must divide their attention between multiple obligations, which may negatively affect work performance. Understanding options for quickly resolving these conflicts frees employees to once again focus their attentions back on their jobs.
Common areas of ongoing concern are divorce and post-divorce modifications, business disputes, conflicts related to contractual performance, and employment issues. Living with prolonged unresolved conflict takes a significant toll in employees’ emotional, financial (when litigation is initiated) and workplace participation and performance.
Understanding best practices in negotiation and identification of common behavior patterns in conflict can be extremely helpful in dealing with challenging situations.
Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators offers FREE Lunch and Learn Seminars at the employer’s facility to employees and spouses on a variety of topics. Each seminar starts with a basic overview of mediation and arbitration, then moves into the specific topic scheduled for that day.
