Panel Composition

Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators has a large panel of Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialists.

  • The mediator is assigned for mediation cases filed with Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators.  
  • The single arbitrator is assigned for all USADR Documentary or Teleconference Arbitration Cases.
  • A selection process is conducted when parties file for standard arbitration with a physical hearing.  Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, an arbitration panel shall consist of one (1) neutral arbitrator for claims amounts between $75,000 - $500,000, and three (3) neutral arbitrators for claims greater than $500,000.

USADR, Inc. is currently expanding our national network of contract arbitrators.  United States Arbitration Association offers dispute resolution in the areas of business, construction, real estate, and employment. 

Interested in joining USADR's Panel of Arbitrators?  Please request an application package.  We are currently considering applicants with the following qualifications:

  1. Seasoned professionals with subject matter expertise exceeding 5 years in a specific industry.
  2. Recognition by colleagues and community for extraordinary service.  This may be indicated by awards, publications, honorable mentions in the media, or letters of recommendation. 

Applicants are evaluated on previous work experience, educational background, knowledge, and skill sets. 

Please provide the following with the completed application:

  • short biographical narrative
  • current resume or curriculum vitae
  • current professional picture
  • 2 of the following:  letters of recommendation, honorable mentions, awards you have recieved for excellent service, arbitration awards you have personally written in prior cases, articles and publications authored by the applicant 

USADR will evaluate your qualifications promptly.
