Interest-Based Negotiation Skills Workshop
Jean Stracy and Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators LLC are proud to announce an interactive workshop for skill building in Interest-Based Negotiations.
Interest-based (IBN) negotiation Skills Workshop is designed to build each participant’s capacity to transform adversarial approaches to negotiation into problem-solving collaborations, producing better outcomes for all participants while enhancing long-term workplace relationships.

In the two-day Interest-based Negotiation Skills Workshop you’ll learn how to:

Training Methodology
The training workshop uses a hands-on, interactive, skill-centered method of teaching negotiation. Building on the interactive presentations, core concepts and frameworks are presented which center on case simulations in which participants role-play the negotiations and theory they are learning. Following each role-play simulation, participants are lead through a systematic analysis of the negotiation, analyzing the process and developing a useful set of guidelines for negotiating in the future.

About the Trainer
Jean Stracy, has extensive experience in mediation and negotiation. She has provided training to numerous public and private organizations since 1985. Co-founder and Director of Training for the New Mexico Center for Dispute Resolution, Ms. Stracy has taught mediation and negotiation nationally and internationally and is an adjunct professor at Regis University and UCD where she teaches negotiation and mediation at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
