Late Cancellation Fee Within 3 business days of session = Full cost of session
**Based upon individual fee agreements with the Selected Mediator. Fee agreements reflect the type of case and the professional credentials necessary to mediate various types of disputes.
  • Mediation Fees are due 3 days prior to session.
  • Outstanding balances payable to CoMA are subject to a compounding monthly interest rate of 1.5%.
  • File for Mediation using CoMA’s Submission Agreement
  • Facility Charge at Cost + 10%
