Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators offers the Denver Metropolitan community a choice between mediators and arbitrators when a case is filed. Each side is given three resumes from which to identify a first and second choice. The overlapping named mediator or arbitrator is assigned the case.

Parties tend to value experience differently, with some placing a higher premium on legal knowledge and others valuing practical experience within a given professional field.

As an organization, CoMA supports both views by providing resumes with an attorney choice and an industry or professional choice (when possible) to facilitate the mediation or arbiration. Our panel members have been former administrative law judges, CPA’s, industry arbitrators, environmental hydrologists, social workers, insurance investigators, stock brokers, and the list goes on. Panel members are seasoned in life and business, accumulating over time the wisdom that comes from balancing career and family.
