Can Couples Manage their Entire Divorce Without Hiring Attorneys?

YES! It has become much more common. The Colorado Courts have simplified the process for Pro Se couples by designing cour-approved forms to help manage the process. When successful, couples save a tremendous amount of money on legal expenses, retain a greater degree of control in their family, and are generally more satisfied with the result of their agreements. Colorado Mediators & Arbitrators offers the Denver Metropolitan community a choice between mediators and arbitrators when a case is filed. Each side is given three resumes from which to identify a first and second choice. The overlapping named mediator or arbitrator is assigned the case.

Parties tend to value experience differently, with some placing a higher premium on legal knowledge and others valuing practical experience within a given professional field.
